Accommodation 

All of our rooms have television, tea and coffee making facilities and alarm clock radios.  We also have an In House Video Library so you can enjoy a film from the comfort of your own room.

	Our Countisbury Rooms are a mix of of double, twin and family rooms.  Tastefully decorated, they have en suite bathrooms with toilet bath and overhead shower.  Some of our Countisbury Rooms have views over Countisbury Hill or Summerhouse Hill  whilst some also have sea views.
	Our Family rooms will comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 children and one is an interconnecting room so you can have your own privacy but with the security of knowing your children are just next door with their own door to your room.
	Our Superior bedrooms have stunning views over Lynmouth and the sea, all are spacious and decorated to high standard with the accent on comfort.
	If you are looking for that extra touch of luxury then why not choose our "Braunton Suite".  This is a magnificent room which is very glamorous with its own lounge and feature bathroom.  The bathroom is large and spacious with a whirlpool bath.  Within the Suite there are added touches such as large television and DVD Player.  This room also enjoys splendid views across the bay.  This is an ideal choice for that special occasion or when you are in need of a little extra pampering.
