We have a restful "Lemon Room" which is ideal for morning coffee and a quiet browse of the papers.  On a sunny day our sun terrace affords magnificent views of Lynmouth.  We also have a residents lounge which is served by our residents bar.  This area also has WiFi access for those of you who need to bring their computer away with them.

We have a beautifully warm outside pool - what could be nicer than enjoying a warm swim and sitting outside with a drink from the bar watching the world go by.

For special occasions we also have a function room which can be used for conferences or parties.   We can organise discos and bands as required as well as all the essentials for a conference meeting.
