Weddings and Civil Ceremonies

It would be hard to find a more romantic setting for your wedding, with 31 bedrooms, a private lounge, bar and private function room we are able to look after many of your special requirements.  The maximum numbers we can take for a Wedding Breakfast  are for 100 buffet style or 70 banquet style. 

We make an ideal base for a wedding reception if you want to be married locally or alternatively we can also offer the full wedding package including a Civil Marriage Service.

We are licensed to hold civil marriages on the premises and will take care of every detail for your special day. Maximum seating for Civil Ceremony 40 in our Lemon Room and 40 in our Function Room. The two rooms can also be combined for a seated maximum of 80.

Conferences and Private Parties

Our function room can be used for confidential business meetings or private parties and of course we can arrange for all of the accessories for your event, be it conference aids, or bands and discos.   The Tors Hotel is ideal for both residential and day events.

If you are interested in holding an event at the hotel please enquire for further details. We can cater for a variety of different conference or meeting events.  For a smaller Conference we can cater for  18 in a boardroom style.  If you want to have a larger gathering for all the employees we can cater for 60 theatre style.   

If you are looking to organise a party we can comfortably cater for 100  for a disco and buffet.  If you prefer a meal with your party we can cater for 70 banquet style.
